Returns & Refunds

I want you to truly love your artwork.
But if, in the unlikely situation, something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, here’s how we can make it right:

Originals & Prints

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return on original artwork and unframed paper prints.

  • I’m unable to accept returns on framed paper prints, commissions, or sale items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You'll need proof of purchase.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping (I recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the artwork arrives safely).

Damaged Items

  • Contact me within 72 hours of delivery at hello@anna-joy-boyd.com, and I’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you .
  • Please provide clear photos of the packaging and damage to help me resolve the issue quickly.
  • Claims made after 72 hours may not be eligible for replacement. 

  • Please Keep the packaging and item intact until I provide further instructions. 

Important Notes

  • Don’t return items directly to the printer or framer- always contact me first for return instructions otherwise items sent back may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you’d like something else, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note it can take a few days for banks to process refunds.
