Shipping Information

Thank you so much for supporting my art. I take great care to ensure each piece arrives safely and in beautiful condition. 

How Your Artwork is Shipped

• Original Artwork (on Paper):
  Each original drawing or painting is carefully flat-packed using recycled or sustainably sourced materials. I wrap all pieces in protective, acid-free paper and secure them between sturdy backing boards to prevent bending. Wherever possible, I avoid plastic and opt for eco-friendly packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely and with minimal environmental impact. Originals are signed and prepared with care before dispatch.

• Fine Art Prints: All prints are made to order. Depending on size, they’re either shipped flat in a rigid sustainable envelope or gently rolled into a protective eco-friendly tube.

Dispatch Timelines

• Unframed Prints: Please allow 3-5 working days.

• Framed Prints: Custom-framed to order—please allow 10–14 working days for framing and dispatch.

• Original Artwork: Please allow 5-7 working days.

If additional studio time is needed, I’ll get in touch to keep you updated.

Delivery & Couriers

I work with trusted couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Packaging & Care

Your artwork is packed by hand with care using high-quality, eco-conscious materials wherever possible. 

Need to Change Your Address?

If you’ve made a mistake or moved, just email me within 24 hours of placing your order. I’ll do my best to update it before your item is sent. Unfortunately, I can't make changes once your order has been dispatched.
